Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Familiarity with federal and state special education regulations
• Experience conducting and interpreting psychological assessments in an educational setting
• Strong communication and consultation skills for working with diverse students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Collaborative mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
• Provide crisis intervention, behavioral, and counseling support services as needed
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ learning and mental health
• Participate in Multi-Disciplinary and IEP team meetings, delivering assessment findings and recommendations
• Develop and implement targeted interventions and monitor progress
• Collaborate on prevention and early-intervention mental health initiatives within the school
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with professional standards and regulations
