We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.Role ScopeBuild the software behind data center robotics: task planning, fleet coordination, and integration with company systems.Ship the autonomy glue: perception outputs, navigation stacks, and task logic composed into reliable behavior.Own the operational tooling: monitoring, teleoperation fallback, and diagnostics for robots at remote sites.Integrate robotics data into the platform: missions, exceptions, and outcomes queryable like everything else.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.You've shipped software for robots or autonomous systems in production.You've worked with ROS or equivalent middleware on real hardware.You engineer for remote failure: recovery, fallback, and observability built in.You've integrated robot systems with enterprise or facility software.You debug hardware-software boundaries without a lab bench.Bonus: Navigation and SLAM.
