Customer Service Representative Louisville, KY (Onsite) $20.00/hour Full-Time Contract Assignment

What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and business partners, providing exceptional support through phone, chat, and email channels.
Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate account and product information
* Assist customers with program inquiries and service-related questions
* Handle approximately 50+ customer interactions daily
* Conduct outbound follow-up and re-engagement calls to existing customers
* Transfer interested customers to the appropriate internal teams when needed
* Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email platforms
* Accurately document all customer interactions
* Complete customer request forms and update account information
* Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
* Meet quality, productivity, and service level expectations
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent computer and data entry skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience
* Administrative experience, including chat or email correspondence
* Financial services or banking experience
* Excel proficiency
* Bilingual skills are a plus

Schedule & Training Initial Schedule:
* Monday-Friday
* 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
Training:
* Two weeks of paid training
* Attendance during training is mandatory
Seasonal Hours: Additional hours may be available during peak season, including:

* Extended weekday hours
* Optional overtime opportunities
* Occasional Saturday shifts
Peak season runs from January through March, with significant overtime opportunities available for team members seeking additional earnings.
