- Setting: Onsite school-based position
- Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 12th Grade
- Caseload: Varies based on student needs
- Service Model: Direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, and IEP participation
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders and developmental needs
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Deliver evidence-based interventions targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, pragmatics, and social communication skills
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
- Support students in accessing the curriculum through effective communication strategies and accommodations
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering student growth
