General Manager - Full Time
FTK Hospitality | Philadelphia, PA

Key Responsibilities

Lead new store openings and ensure operational excellence.
Manage daily restaurant operations while maintaining a high standard of guest service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and enhance guest experience.
Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to build a strong front-of-house and kitchen team.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain effective cost control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all team members.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast casual restaurant environment.
Proven track record of successful new store openings and leadership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in scheduling, including weekends.
