Providing the highest quality, energy-efficient systems and best workmanship in Denver.We are family-owned and operated and are a team of fun-loving professionals passionate about serving our clients.Benefits - Full Time Employees: Health Insurance- we cover 100% for the employee40 hours of PTOUp to 48 hours of Sick Leave per year410(k) with 3% match6 Paid HolidaysCompany ClothingPosition: HVAC Service Dispatcher - Customer ServicePay: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour + SpiffsWork Hours: 10:00am - 3:00pm during training.Once training is completed this position will go full time - 7:30am to 4:00pmWhat You Will Be Doing: Answering incoming callsMaintain the Service Technicians daily schedulesDispatching technicians to service callsCommunicating with homeowners and service techsScheduling annual maintenanceDocumenting equipment warranties and rebatesData entry and filingMaintaining maintenance contract databaseMaintain customer database with current information in Field Edge - our CRMClear and concise communications with the department managers, employees, and company customers.What We Are Looking For: 2+ years of customer service and scheduling experienceHVAC or similar industry experience ideal - not requiredAdvanced customer service skillsCRM database experience - Field Edge or Service Titan experience desiredOrganizational skillsGeographical knowledge of service area or map reading skillsHigh school diploma or its equivalentCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
