Marketing Manager

We areseeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support theexecution of brand and marketing initiatives across our collection ofrestaurants. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director andis instrumental in bringing initiatives to life, ensuring seamless coordinationacross creative, digital, and in restaurant teams while maintaining theintegrity of the brand at every touchpoint. Theideal candidate is both creative and operational, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and has a strong eye for detail,timing, and guest experience. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, partnerships,and brand initiatives across multiple channels Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, PR, and culinary)to ensure timely delivery of communications and assets Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project management trackers(e.g. Monday) to keep initiatives on schedule Assist in the development and deployment of email, SMS and digitaljourney campaigns through CRM platforms (e.g., SevenRooms) Leverage AI tools to support ideation, insights,efficiencies and innovation Assist with coordinating social media content calendars, ensuringconsistency with brand voice and campaign priorities Assist with in-restaurant marketing materials ensuring accuracy andtimely distribution Monitor and manage guest feedback across reviewplatforms, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned responses Support reputation management efforts bytracking sentiment, identifying trends, and escalating guest experienceinsights to the operations teams Maintain and update digital platforms, ensuringaccuracy of listings, imagery, and guest-facing information across allrestaurants Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign recaps andreporting Maintain brand standards across all guest-facing touchpoints Requirements 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing,hospitality, or a related field Strong organizational and project managementskills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and a strong sense ofownership Familiarity with CRM, Reputation Management andAi platforms a plus Passion for hospitality, restaurants, and guestexperience WhatWe Offer Competitive salary and performancebonuses Health, dental and visioninsurance Employee discounts on diningexperiences and other services Opportunities to learn and lead,with support for career growth Paid time off, paid sick leave,and flexible scheduling We are an Equal OpportunityEmployer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color,religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity),national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristicprotected by applicable law.
