Senior Paid Social Manager

The Senior Paid Social Manager will work directly with Paid Social Specialists and other digital marketing teams, providing feedback and guidance on client strategies, deliverables and personal goals. This candidate will be an expert in all paid social platforms, serving as a lead on clients with paid social projects. They will also work to grow their direct reports' knowledge of paid social platforms and strategy. With numerous perks, including hybrid in-office/remote work options designed to fit your needs, unlimited PTO, and free attendance to local marketing events, join this fun-loving team that occasionally talks Slack Smack.Senior Paid Social Manager Responsibilities:Develop paid social media plans in coordination with broader paid media initiatives that support integrated campaign strategiesStay up to date and ahead of current industry trends and paid social platform updates, sharing knowledge with multiple teamsResponsible for managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels, with a primary focus on paid socialAct as Nebo's paid social media expertLead cross-department conversations and initiatives to develop data driven insights and recommendations in order to enhance client/account performanceReview paid social deliverables across clients and provide feedback and direction to other team membersEstablish and facilitate training plans for new team members, leading training sessions and coordinating with other team members as neededLead new business efforts/sales pitches from a paid social standpointManage relationships with vendors, agency partners, and platform repsDirectly manage one or more paid social specialists or other paid media team members, providing guidance and performance feedback through regular one on one meetings and formal reviewsSupport clients and team members on non-social paid media initiatives when departmental needs ariseWork with departmental leadership to standardize the paid media department’s approach to paid social and planning as well as coordination with other departments, such as UXO, Intel, and CreativeContribute to departmental growth and development initiativesAct as a thought leader in the industry by writing articles, attending events and speaking about paid socialLead strategic planning sessions and team meetingsBuild and maintain team rapport with paid media team personnel, directors, and project managerOversee boosted post campaigns and strategy managed by the social team, providing direction, feedback, and optimization recommendationsComplete annual goalsIdentify the developmental needs of junior team members; coach, mentor, or otherwise help others to improve their knowledge or skillsSenior Paid Social Manager Required Skills:3+ years experience managing multi-channel paid media campaignsExperience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.Client facing and public speaking experienceFacebook Blueprint CertifiedGoogle Ads Certified (including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement)Google Analytics CertifiedExpert in all social platforms (Including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube)Exceptional copywriting and grammar skillsProficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint/KeynoteStrong written and verbal communications skillsProven ability to translate high-level client goals into paid media strategyThorough understanding of broader paid media channels and strategy to ensure cross-channel alignmentProficient knowledge of third-party tracking and analytics platformsCanva experience a plusExcellent research and analytical skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines under pressureExperience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag ManagerExperience managing direct reportsProfessional with 2-4 years work experience in area of practice; team management and/or mentorship requiredBachelor's Degree in area of practice or related field.SummaryLocation: Atlanta, GA, United StatesType: Full TimeExperience: Mid LevelDepartment: Paid Media
