Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Safety Representative on a project in Ilion, NY. The role involves the oversight of subcontractors, conducting site safety inspections, facilitating the completion of on-site safety paperwork, and communicating safety protocols to help ensure a safe job site.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- OSHA 30 Hour for Construction
- Construction Experience
- Construction Health and Safety Knowledge
- Strong Communicator
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Work, and Excel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordination and review of site specific safety orientations
- Completing safety inspections, logs and checklists
- Coordinating the completion of safety paperwork e.g. Pre Task Plans, Toolbox Talks, Inspection Checklists, etc.
- Communicating safety protocols to subcontractor companies
- Overseeing the implementation of safety procedures
$23 - $25 per hour
