Position Requirements
Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner with problem-solving abilities
positive attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays)
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Detail-oriented and able to follow established standards and procedures
Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and accountability
Consistently greet customers with a smile and the spirit of Aloha
Food handler certificate
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them with placing orders
Process transactions (cash, credit, and digital payments) accurately
Maintain and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
Able to handle both online order and walk in customers
Ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly and accurately
Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area and bathroom
Follow all company policies and manager instructions
