Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, mental health status, and risk factors, creating tailored treatment plans that address individual goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, to support clients in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards and upholding patient confidentiality.

• Work alongside a collaborative treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to develop and implement client-centered care strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment options, coping mechanisms, and resources available, fostering empowerment and informed participation in the therapeutic process.

• Stay current with the latest mental health research and developments to enhance treatment efficacy and support best practices in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adolescents and young adults facing a variety of challenges, including substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
