Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans targeted towards achieving their specific treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, to improve clients’ mental health outcomes.

• Maintain organized and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient progress.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and therapeutic methodologies to continually enhance effectiveness in practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York is mandatory.
