Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities Answer inbound telephone calls; address customer inquiries regarding products, troubleshooting issues and shipping issues Respond to customer emails in a timely manner Provide support to the Sales department Process customer orders Requirements 1+ year of Customer Service / Customer Care experience in a fast paced call center setting Experience working with Word, Excel and Outlook applications required along with knowledge of CRM systems High School Diploma/ GED required; college degree is preferred Proficiency with SAP or another ERP System is a must Excellent communication and customer rapport Strong time management skills All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Select-Advantage
