The role involves growing our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, as well as benefits including Simple IRA, Hiring Bonus, Bonus based on performance, Paid time off, and Training & development.
