About Our Client
Michael Page is hiring for a role in the construction industry, located in Thornton, CO.
Job Description
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of proposals for the construction department.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal content.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines for all submissions.
- Maintain and update proposal templates and related documentation.
- Track and manage proposal timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify proposal requirements and expectations.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to proposal development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in proposal coordination.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Proposal Coordinator should have:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with proposal coordination or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
