Work from home!

3rd Shift:

Work 8 hour shifts between 8:00 PM EST-12:00 PM EST.

3rd Shift:

Work 8 hour shifts between 7:00 PM CST-11:00 AM CST.

(Will be training with either 1st or 2nd shift hours for the first 2 weeks, then you will be moved to a permenant work schedule)

Must be available to work weekends

Key Responsibilities

If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.

Requirements

Must reside in one the following states: Georgia, West Virgina, Kentucky, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma & Arkansas.

Skills and Knowledge – 3rd shift Customer Service Representative

A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer (Intel i5/Ryzen 5 processor or greater with 12GB of RAM or more).
A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor).
An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop.
A Headset with a Microphone.

Education and Experience – 3rd shift Customer Service Representative

High School Diploma / GED equivalent
