Step into an engaging, student-focused environment as part of a collaborative speech-language pathology team supporting local schools near Santa Clara, CA. This contract opportunity is ideal for skilled speech-language pathologists who thrive on variety, teamwork, and the chance to make a direct impact on students’ communication growth.

Several positions are now available for the upcoming school year:

• One position begins in August and continues until the district fills the role internally. This SLP will rotate between Braly Elementary (serving mid-to-moderate needs) and Briarwood Elementary (supporting general education and preschool students). You’ll offer crucial support to lead SLPs and assist with assessments for overloaded caseloads. Each day brings fresh collaboration at a different campus.
• Two additional roles are available from August through mid/late September, located at Petersen Middle School or Santa Clara High School. Here, you’ll provide services for general education students, managing a caseload of approximately 40–50 learners.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP credential strongly preferred
• Previous experience working within school settings is desirable
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• State licensure preferred, but not required by the district

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing speech and language intervention for K–12 students
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with school staff and families to foster student progress
• Maintaining clear, timely records and supporting students across a range of needs
