Key Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential (or equivalent California credential for Language/Speech and Hearing services)
• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Commitment to in-person, onsite work throughout the assignment

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to deliver holistic support
• Track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions catered to each learner’s unique needs
• Offer consultative services and resources to teachers to enhance classroom communication strategies
