Duties & Responsibilities Order Desk Associates help support the entire life cycle of a BenQ Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer. This support is both transactional and analytical. Process customer purchase orders within the ERP system Identifying and correcting transactional order issues Provide order status, tracking, and backorder reports to customers Process drop shipment orders by placing PO’s to vendors Maintains customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries and supporting issue resolution Miscellaneous tasks as needed Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, Oracle) Education High School Diploma required Compensation Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr BENQ AMERICA CORP
