Responsibilities Lead and work with room attendants and other staff of the hotel while providing excellent guest service and adherence to Marriott brand standards. Be responsible for the success of the Housekeeping department, inventory, scheduling, etc. Assist to assure all areas of the hotel are clean and safe for guest use. At times, may be required to clean guest rooms. Support guest security and safety as part of maintaining the safety of the property. Answer guest questions about the hotel or make recommendations about the local area. Complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel\'s policies and procedures and service and care culture. Qualifications Experience leading housekeeping teams in a hotel environment. Knowledge of Marriott brand standards and housekeeping operations. Strong guest service orientation and safety awareness.
