Location: Washington, DC 20018 Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary US Office Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional service to our government and commercial customers. This role includes assisting customers, processing orders and quotes, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Process customer orders, quotes, payments, and returns. Provide pricing, product information, delivery status, and tracking. Deliver professional and timely customer service. Resolve customer concerns or escape issues when needed. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Support special projects as assigned. Prepare reports and retrieve customer information as requested. Qualifications Minimum 3-4 years of customer service experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Tams, Excel, and Word. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
