Through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, we focus on improving communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, adaptive skills, and functional independence. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care for every child and family we serve.Your RoleConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on data-driven outcomesCollaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill carryover across environmentsPartner with interdisciplinary team members, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs)Model treatment plan implementation through direct client interaction, coaching, and consultation to support treatment fidelity and successful outcomesSupport skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and meaningful functional progress through individualized ABA programmingMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer, regulatory, and ethical standardsContribute to a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth
