The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the territory and administrative requirements in an efficient manner and will achieve full compliance with drug laws and regulations when providing samples of Ipsens products to physicians./ppYour territory spans the state of Georgia, south of Atlanta proper./ppMain responsibilities/pulliRepresent Ipsens Oncology product in the U.S. marketplace/liliResponsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals for the territory by effectively positioning the benefits and use of Ipsens products for appropriate patients/liliDevelops and implements robust territory business plans cantered on performance; meet or exceed territory productivity requirements/liliDevelops strong and long-term relationships with customers in all assigned accounts/liliRepresent Ipsens brands in a professional, compliant, ethical and effective manner/liliDemonstrates thorough understanding of disease states, Ipsens brands and relevant competitor products/liliDemonstrates a high proficiency of the broader reimbursement environment; possesses a deep understanding of the reimbursement and fulfilment pathways for injectable medications/liliDemonstrates highly effective territory management and superior selling competencies/liliFosters team effectiveness and accomplishments of shared goals by sharing knowledge, experience and information./liliEffective management of territory resources and budget/liliComplies with all laws regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Ipsen U.S. staff/liliReports to Regional Business Director, collaborates with colleagues in sales, marketing, V A, sales training, HR./liliDevelops and maintains relationships w/Key Oncologists, Hospitals, Healthcare institutions, Industry Experts, Consultants etc./li/ulpKnowledge, abilities experience/pulliBachelors degree from accredited college or university/liliMinimum 8 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative, and minimum of 5 years in Oncology/liliDemonstrated strong capability in account management, superior selling competencies and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals/liliDemonstrated strong business analytics to understand and analyze business and market drivers, and develop, execute and adjust territory business plans/liliDemonstrated skills at building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers, office staff and others in the customer influence network/liliDemonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix teams/liliDemonstrated track record of developing self to drive and enhance performance/liliProven ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines/liliValid drivers license in the state in which you reside/liliAbility and willingness to travel by car, air and public transportation/li/ulpWe are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace The Real Us.
