About the Opportunity

\n

We are seeking experienced Family Medicine Physicians to support an AI training project focused on primary care, clinical documentation, and medical record evaluation . You’ll apply your clinical expertise to assess medical content and AI-generated outputs for accuracy, safety, and alignment with evidence-based standards of care.

No prior AI experience is required — your clinical knowledge is what matters most.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Annotate and review medical records and clinical documentation , including visit notes, assessments, care plans, referrals, and laboratory or imaging results.
\n
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
\n
• Apply clinical judgment and evidence-based guidelines to validate and improve datasets.
\n
• Identify documentation gaps, clinical inaccuracies, and ambiguous information.
\n
• Provide structured feedback on review guidelines and challenging clinical cases.
\n
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain consistent evaluation standards.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Active MD degree , ideally with board certification in Family Medicine .
\n
• Based in the United States and licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.
\n
• Hands-on clinical experience in primary care or family medicine .
\n
• Broad clinical knowledge of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and multiple patient age groups.
\n
• Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine, clinical documentation, and patient care standards .
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in clinical annotation, medical record review, or clinical quality assurance .
\n
• Experience validating clinical data and evaluating medical content.
\n
• Strong ability to identify documentation inconsistencies and provide clear, evidence-based feedback.
\n

Compensation

\n

\n
• Competitive compensation of $100–$120/hour.
\n
• Independent contractor engagement.
\n
• Approximately 10 positions available.
\n
