This position ensures that supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes deliver maximum value while maintaining compliance, quality, and operational excellence. By leveraging data, market intelligence, and cross‑functional collaboration, the Sourcing Manager drives continuous improvement and strengthens the overall sourcing framework.As a Sourcing Manager-Sourcing Management, you will be responsible for:Defining and enhancing sourcing strategies across categories, regions, and product lines to drive measurable savingsLeading and developing a high‑performing sourcing teamAnalyzing suppliers and proposals to provide clear, strategic recommendations to stakeholdersEvaluating new and existing suppliers based on value, performance, and riskAdvising functional leaders on sourcing processes, best practices, and project executionManaging sourcing systems and reporting tools (ThoughtSpot, One Time Savings, Manual Baselines, Rebates, Aha, Ariba, HICX)Working toward targeted KPIs to ensure consistent delivery and performanceDeveloping and negotiating supplier contracts such as MSAs, SSAs, Stocking Agreements, and Pricing AgreementsNegotiating key contractual terms including payment terms, rebates, performance metrics, and service levelsEnsuring alignment with internal customer expectations and broader category strategiesTo be successful in this role, you will:Have strong experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain managementHave a solid background in supplier negotiations and contract managementHave experience or ability to lead teams and manage cross‑functional initiativesHave strong analytical skills and comfort working with sourcing systems and data toolsHave the ability to coordinate effectively with global suppliers and colleagues working in different time zonesHave be able to work independently while driving alignment across multiple teamsWork in a way that works for youWe understand that people work best when they have flexibility.
