Production Operator

Join BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. as a Production Operator and be part of a supportive manufacturing team producing high-quality polyurethane timing belts. In this hands-on role, you’ll follow work instructions, operate production equipment, maintain quality standards, and help keep the work area safe, clean, and organized. As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks across various production areas, including: Stamping & Welding – Punch press setup, belt welding, hole punching, and belt slitting Covers – Applying cover materials, adhesive bonding, grinding, and machining Profiling – Injection molding, profile modification, welding, and BFX slitting Extrusion – Operating extrusion equipment for BFX and M belts CNC Machining – CNC and waterjet machining, ATN hole punching You’ll follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement efforts in productivity, safety, and organization.
