Company Description Blossom Pediatric Therapy Partners, LLC is a privately-owned practice offering personalized speech and occupational therapy services across the Central Ohio area. Focused on accessibility, we collaborate with parents, teachers, and caregivers to support children’s growth and development in a holistic manner. Our services are provided in natural environments such as homes, schools, daycares, and even through teletherapy for added convenience. Additionally, we offer special education advocacy, early educator training, and specialized programs to ensure comprehensive support beyond therapy sessions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include evaluating and providing developmentally appropriate occupational therapy services to children. The role involves creating individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy in various settings such as homes, schools, and community spaces, and collaborating with parents and caregivers to support the child’s progress. The therapist will utilize evidence-based practices, focusing on enhancing sensory integration, motor skills, and functional development to help children achieve their goals. Qualifications Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Pediatrics Skills in Sensory Integration and Early Intervention Experience in working collaboratively with children, parents, and caregivers Knowledge of child development and a passion for pediatric care Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio Ability to adapt to various work environments, including homes and schools Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
