Community Manager

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under supervision of the Regional Manager in Sacramento. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines. Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, HOME, etc.) is preferred, along with strong leadership, training, and customer service skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
