Electrician Assistant

JOB TITLE: General Maintenance REPORTS TO: Building Manager DEPARTMENT: Maintenance FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt JOB SUMMARY: Performs repair and construction projects SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Repairs and maintains buildings and other structures throughout the property Planning and building new projects as requested Ensures all buildings and facilities are maintained in a proper manner Other duties as assigned.
