Set the pace, shape the culture, and lead by example—especially when it comes to driving sales. Coach and develop your team – Guide your Sales Manager and Operations Manager as they lead teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists. Own the sales floor – Stay actively involved in generating leads, closing memberships, and driving revenue. Your presence will be seen and felt. Run a high-performing club – Oversee daily operations including cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, and service standards with strong accountability. Drive growth in people and performance – Hitting goals is just the start. You’ll build a team that’s motivated, capable, and excited to win.
