Compliance Analyst – Boston
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Compliance Analyst to support our Compliance Operations team in Boston.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding compliance, including researching public sources and performing adverse media checks.
- Maintain periodic refresh of client KYC information.
- Support transaction monitoring and investigations, identifying abnormal payment activity and evaluating potentially fraudulent transactions using partner platforms and other sources.
- Perform sanctions screening of platform users and review potential matches to international watchlists.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in financial crimes compliance operations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
- Knowledge of compliance back‑office operations, organizational structures, Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), and related regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage workload across evolving priorities.
- Experience with LexisNexis, Sift, Unit 21, or Dotfile is a plus.

The base salary range for this full‑time position is $500,000 – $570,000 MXN, plus benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, and candidate experience.
