Customer Service Rep Job Description About the job: We’re searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. You’ll help our customers make orders, handle phone calls, and work with our crew to prepare, bake, and deliver pizzas during the hungry hours of the day and night.

Qualifications and Responsibilities Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be willing and able to work all stations in‑store, such as making menu items, assisting customers on the phone and in‑store, and expediting orders from the cut table. Required functions, skills, and duties: Perform accurate and quick math (add, subtract, multiply, divide); use a calculator if needed. Make correct monetary change. Use verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen. Operate all store equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare products. Receive and process telephone orders. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Work conditions may include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, temperatures ranging from 33° to 90° and above, sudden temperature changes, fumes from food, odors, gases, and air fresheners, corn‑meal dust, confined spaces such as walk‑in coolers, hot surfaces up to 500° or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Required mental and physical abilities: Speak, hear, and understand verbal communication on the phone and in person. Near and mid‑range vision is used for most in‑store tasks; depth perception is necessary; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Far and night vision are needed for delivery personnel. Perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, and make judgments and decisions. Stand for most tasks; walk on ceramic tile, concrete, or linoleum; lift, carry, push, pull, climb; squat or bend as needed. Lift up to 50 pounds, push up to 7.5 pounds, and carry various package weights up to 30 pounds, with occasional navigation of stairs. Physical requirements include: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, climbing, bending, reaching, hand tasks, and using machines, tools, and equipment such as pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutters, peels, and scales.
