Senior PR + Events Manager (Women’s Accessories)

Velvet Caviar is seeking a dynamic, culture-driving Senior PR + Events Manager to lead and define our experiential and public relations strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a fast-growing, social-first brand shows up in cultural conversation: online and IRL. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes culture, has deep relationships with editors, influencer managers, event vendors, and knows how to turn a moment into momentum. You instinctively know who needs to be in the room, how to make it unforgettable, and how to turn a single night into sustained brand momentum.
In this role, you will own influencer events, pop-ups, brand activations, and press strategy end-to-end — setting the vision, building the playbook, and executing flawlessly. You’ll partner cross-functionally to bring big ideas to life, building buzz that drives cultural relevance, strengthens brand equity, and delivers measurable impact.

We’re mostly known for pioneering the tech accessories market with our fashionable phone cases. Our products can be found in national retailers and on hundreds of celebrities and influencers worldwide!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of influencer events, product launches, and pop-up shops
• Concept and produce high-impact brand moments that are highly shareable and press-worthy
• Manage venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, fabrication, talent coordination, and onsite execution
• Develop immersive brand experiences that drive content creation and social amplification
• Create budgets, timelines, run-of-shows, staffing, and post-event reporting
• Build scalable event playbooks for repeatable success
• Manage press previews, gifting moments, and media + influencer event attendance
• Oversee sample trafficking and press inventory coordination
• Curate guest lists blending creators, press, stylists, and tastemakers
• Leverage existing influencer and PR relationships to drive attendance
• Manage VIP seeding moments tied to launches and cultural moments
• Ensure production quality reflects Velvet Caviar’s premium aesthetic

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 6-10+ years of experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, or PR (fashion, beauty, accs or DTC)
• Track record of producing premium, culturally relevant influencer-heavy events and pop-ups while optimizing budgets and maximizing ROI
• Strong, active relationships with editors, stylists, PR agencies, and influencer managers
• Deep vendor network across venues, fabrication, catering, production, florals, and creative services
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple large-scale activations at once
• Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining strategic, big-picture thinking
• Strong negotiation skills and budget management experience
• Strategic thinker who understands how events ladder up to revenue and brand growth
• Hands-on executor — equally comfortable building a deck or taping signage on-site
• Passion for social-first brands and culturally relevant marketing
