The best advisory team in the country is bringing in an experienced Client Services Specialist to provide comprehensive support to two advisors and to own the following accountabilities: Provide elite service and communication to clients Support the advisor in client meetings and process implementation Data maintenance in software solutions Action item follow-ups/ Meeting notes Problem Identification and Found Money updates Insurance applications Salesforce opportunity follow through This team is driven to be our best for our clients and each other, and we hold ourselves to high expectations without being toxic workaholics. The ideal candidate will be energized to exhibit high standards, and excellent communication skills, can take initiative, prioritize daily tasks, and be highly adaptable. A strong ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted RIA. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desired 3 years of Financial Advisory/Support experience required Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills Ability to multitask Experience with eMoney, Salesforce, Excel, and EOS are definite pluses Ability to learn quickly and grow within the firm Desire to learn and grow within the role, completing certifications and licenses.
