Job Title : Database Coordinator

Status : Temp-to-Hire

Hybrid Status: Hybrid

Schedule : Full Time, M-F

Hourly Compensation While Temporary (Initial Contract Period): $20.00

Annual Salary (After Converting to a Permanent Employee): $55,000 in addition to a comprehensive benefits package

Office Location : Bethesda, MD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a motivated, driven professional with outstanding critical thinking abilities and attention to detail to join our team as a Database Coordinator. As a Coordinator, your primary objective will be to act as the data exchange point of contact for both the internal team and key external partner companies.

• Record where submissions were sent is accurate.
• Distribute decline or incomplete notices from partner companies to the internal team.
• Record all declines in Salesforce Marble or future system.
• Record all quote offers in Salesforce Marble or future system.
• Refactor all quote offers from partner companies and distribute to the internal team.
• Gather and distribute stipulation requests from partners and distribute to the internal team.
• Send or upload additional docs to partner companies.
• Verify and record marble statuses helping to keep the internal team pipelines accurate

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw accurate conclusions and make confident, fact-based decisions.
• You can communicate clearly, concisely and with impact – both one-on-one and presenting to small groups.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
