To see our full list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: POSITION SUMMARY The Barista is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by delivering prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. The Barista adheres to Hard Rock’s guiding Principles and Amplified Service Standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Creates a positive atmosphere. Actively builds and retains guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members to provide superior guest service. Provides information on all aspects of Hard Rock services and facilities to guests. Quotes accurate waiting times and handles waiting guests in accordance with Hard Rock’s service standards. Participates in the pickup, countdown, and return of the cash bank from miscellaneous count. Maintains accurate cash balance and handles money securely. Maintains dining room cleanliness, including bussing tables and sweeping floor. Attends and participates in meetings, completing follow‑up as assigned. Performs work regularly and predictably. Other duties as assigned. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high‑volume food service, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Effective communication with guests in English. Shows excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality while projecting a professional appearance. Basic math skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide for counting cash drawer. 10‑key adding machine experience. Detail‑oriented. Good guest service skills. Ability to work in a smoking environment. Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
