Human Resources Intern

We are looking to hire a part-time HR Intern. Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field Ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, interpersonal, and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Works well with others to complete tasks and function as a team Adjusts to new situations while producing high-quality work Prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines efficiently Maintains professional boundaries and operates within the agency/ethical guidelines Communicates respectfully and effectively Promptly and accurately performs clerical duties, data entry, typing, and filing Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Assist with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork Prepare employee files and maintain personnel records Audit employee records for completeness and compliance Assist with reviewing applicants/resumes Help coordinate new employee orientation Maintain HR spreadsheets, reports, and databases Assist with policy updates and HR projects Provide administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Assist the CHRO with special projects, research audits, and other departmental initiatives Complete other duties as assigned by the CHRO #J-18808-Ljbffr
