Turnkey Project Manager / Capital Projects Manager Location: Ramsey, NJ Join my client’s team and lead complex turnkey projects that help bring critical manufacturing and processing facilities to life. This is an opportunity to drive projects from concept through commissioning while making a direct impact on pharmaceutical and industrial operations. Why You Should Apply
- Lead high-visibility capital projects from design through startup and handover
- Work with cutting-edge GMP processing facilities and equipment installations
- Collaborate with customers, engineering firms, contractors, and technical experts
- Significant ownership, autonomy, and influence over project success
- Opportunity to oversee multidisciplinary project teams and consultants
- Manage project schedules, budgets, communications, and overall execution
- Serve as the primary customer contact for project-related issues and updates
- Develop facility and equipment layout concepts with project stakeholders
- Coordinate equipment selection, procurement, and vendor negotiations
- Lead contractor selection, scope development, and onsite construction activities
- Oversee installation, commissioning, safety, and project delivery activities
- Supervise project engineers, CAD designers, and consultants
- Experience with capital equipment installations in GMP processing environments
- Ability to develop facility and equipment layout concepts with A/E firms
- Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred
- Strong capability to manage onsite contractors and construction activities
- Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
