Collaborate with project management, schedulers, task leads, and vendors to develop an actionable plan for securing the funding needed to achieve their goals. Learn the laws, regulations, and policies that will help your client develop well‑formed requirements. Ensure funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with project management, schedulers, and task leads. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, including managing financial spend plans. Experience executing FMS funding in Navy ERP. Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Completion of an International Security Course such as DISAM or DSCU International Programs Security Requirements Course. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), Management Information System – International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW). Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). This range is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package.
