What this job involves: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in this pursuit by leading high visibility, retail construction projects and delivering exceptional results for our client within Financial Services. Your innovative approach, collaborative mindset, and commitment to success will help us further strengthen our culture of collaboration and advancement.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Delivering exceptional project management servicesManaging and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution with client processes and tools.Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards through adhering to client processes and tools.Providing mentorship/leadership to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.Driving innovative ways of working, constantly seeking new approaches and technologies to enhance project management processes and outcomes.Embracing an inspiring, innovative, and optimistic mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to push boundaries and drive impactful change.Championing JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belongingDesired experience and technical skills:Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)PMP certification or equivalent project management certificationMinimum of 7 years of proven New York City experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industryAbility to be present in the office up to 4x/week. Proficiency in building client presentations.Client facing.Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-end retail projects from inception to completion with the ability to pivot, and redirect accordingly.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience leading projects within financial services specifically retail bankingExcellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Proficiency in Project scheduling – MS Projects super user levelDemonstrated experience in change management and driving innovationKnowledge of construction processes and NYC building codesProficiency in project management process, software, and toolsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
