The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.Role ResponsibilitiesLead Program Management activities associated with co-developing products with Dexcom's insulin device and digital health partners, including developing a project charter, development plan, schedule, risk management plan, DHF documentation and change control requestsDrive progress as a leader/influencer and individual contributor to the programLead internal and external cross-functional teams in activities that support partner technical integration such as developing technical specifications, user experience guidance, conducting Design Reviews and Phase Exit meetingsCoordinate activities/tasks and resources across all departments including Engineering, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and OperationsProvide regular executive summaries and comprehensive program summaries that highlight program progressBe flexible and able to adapt while collaborating with internal and external individuals at all levels and backgroundsProfessionally represent Dexcom while working directly with partnersQualifications5+ years of relevant work experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry highly preferred. Relevant work experience in the following technical industries may be considered: aerospace, telecom, consumer electronics, application software and hardware developmentKnowledge of the product development process and phase gate Design Control process is required. Working knowledge of GMP's and ISO standardsDemonstrated successful management of technical product development projects is requiredExtremely strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel is requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business information clearly and effectively through informal and formal documents, reports, and presentations to senior managementExperience creating and conveying engineering requirements and specifications, especially software requirements and interface specificationsBenefitsA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
