Your Responsibilities

* Identify potential healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your personal network

* Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our in-house recruiters for deeper evaluations

* Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture their interest throughout the hiring process

* Keep meticulous and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Receive commissions on meetings organized, interviews held, and hired candidates from your leads

Your Compensation
