We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OBGYN Physician to join our premier healthcare team in Calexico, CA. Key Responsibilities

Provide highest quality healthcare to female patients

Monitor patients during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods

Perform tests, prescribe medications, and treatments as necessary

Deliver babies ensuring health and safety of both infant and mother

Participate in developing and reviewing Clinic's policies and services

Deliver outpatient and in-hospital medical care

Take responsibility for accurate charting and documentation

Manage cases for patients with chronic conditions

Adhere to medical and administrative protocols and ethics

Consult Medical Director on patient management

Recommend patients for further treatments and specialists

Participate in staff meetings and provide input for clinic improvement

Prescribe essential medicine to patients

Perform related duties as directed by Medical Director

Implement community-based, patient-centered medical home process

Facilitate audits for meeting State and Federal regulations

Serve as preceptor for medical students and students for Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant programs

Participate in daily team meetings/huddles

Support Nursing Staff and implement policies and procedures

Rotate between Health Clinics as needed

Qualifications

Doctorate degree (MD/DO)

3+ years of experience in Gynecology and Obstetrics

Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in California (CA)

Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration in California (CA)

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications

Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certification
