Job Description

Support efficient day-to-day office operations through organized scheduling and correspondence, accurate records and data management, and responsive visitor and office services.

Responsibilities

Manage office administration and daily office services.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, visitors, and related logistics.
Prepare documents and manage correspondence.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
Support records and data management workflows.
Order and monitor office supplies.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in office administration.
Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with calendar management, document management, and records management.
Professional communication skills.
