Qualifications At least 21 years old (per state law) Effective communication skills Commitment to making an impact in a high‑volume environment Physical Standards Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Must reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings, use disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective face coverings, and wash hands with soap throughout the shift.
