Job Description Location Claremont, New Hampshire Coworx has 2 Direct Hire Maintenance Technician opportunities available in Claremont, NH on 1st and 2nd shift. This position requires the ability to multitask and be self-motivated while in compliance with the standards of wholesomeness, hygiene, health & safety at work. See something say something. Responsibilities Safely using and maintaining hand and power tools related to the work. Performing general and technical maintenance work, individually or as a member of a crew, in various areas. Safely operating construction equipment and vehicles. Reading and interpreting plans and instructions. Understanding and following oral and written directions. Desired Background/Skills Electrical & Mechanical experience with machines is required The ability to work well with your hands. Problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work well with others. Ability to maneuver through Basic computer programs Basic Principles, Equipment, Methods, and Materials used in building and grounds maintenance activities. Operation and maintenance of a variety of hand, power and shop tools used in a variety of trade areas. Basic record keeping practices Other Information Shift hours are flexible.
