Key Responsibilities: Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision and efficiency Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installations per project specs and industry standards Measure and cut materials including ductwork, piping, and electrical components Connect HVAC systems to existing infrastructure, ensuring safe and proper operation Test systems, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and explaining system operations Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols Accurately complete documentation including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC vocational training preferred Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and safety standards Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Proficient with hand and power tools used in HVAC installation Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Benefits: Company truck, gas card, phone, tablet, and uniform Medical, prescription, dental, vision, group life, HSA, and matching 401(k) Ongoing training, development, and growth opportunities Paid holidays, vacation, and training Competitive salary with bonus potential Supportive, team-focused work environment Employee discounts on Reimer services and products Compensation: $65,000–$100,000 annually Ready to take the next step in your trades career?
