Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: River Falls, WI
Compensation: $22.50-$24.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:00PM- 10:30PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a food production company in River Falls, WI. In this role, you'll support shipping, inventory, and production needs while helping ensure products are handled accurately and efficiently. If you enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and staying organized, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate:

Pull and stage products accurately using the company's ERP system
Load outbound trailers and support shipping operations
Put away inventory and ensure proper product slotting
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
Support production by filling ingredient orders
Complete logs and communicate issues across shifts
Conduct daily forklift inspections (pre- and post-operation)

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
Forklift experience desired
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
