Chinese Bilingual Legal Assistant

Assistants collaborate closely with and assist our attorneys to deliver thorough legal solutions. Applicants can expect a professional environment to practice and build legal skills while contributing to meaningful client matters. This position will be a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant role in Downtown Bellevue, WA. This role will directly assist and support attorneys in ways such as case management, including organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, tracking deadlines, and updating case calendars. Daily Responsibilities Managing administrative tasks and proactively and clearly communicating with clients Preparing legal documents and correspondence Drafting memos, writing briefs, and assisting attorneys with case filing Assisting with court and immigration filings, assembling exhibits Effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines Requirements A JD degree with no prior work experience required OR An LLM degree paired with a minimum of 2 years professional experience in a legal environment Bilingual in Chinese and English with a strong proficiency of professional and legal/business terminology in both languages Salary will be commensurate with experience Employment visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates Interested candidates should send a resume to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr LANI CAO LAW OFFICE PLLC
