Come deliver this transformation.About the RoleWe're looking for a builder - someone who loves solving hard operational problems with code, data, and product intuition. Part consultant, part product thinker, part data analyst, you'll help us automate and scale traditionally manual workflows that underpin healthcare operations - from claim submissions to payment posting - using everything from SQL and APIs to LLMs.This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and implementation. You'll design, test, and operationalize automation across our stack, work hands-on with Product, Engineering teams and our customers to map and rebuild their workflows, and create systems that scale. You'll be accountable for outcomes - building the infrastructure, tools, and processes that let our teams and our clients move faster and smarter.We want people who are excellent operators, strong problem solvers, and comfortable building from scratch.At Commure, there are no speed limits in your growth. We value people who move fast, think deeply, take pride in solid execution, and deliver results for our customers.This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.What You'll DoOwn high-impact processes: Take full ownership of key verticals or client workflows - from discovery to deployment - ensuring repeatability and measurable impactDesign and automate workflows: Use SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalabilityCollaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutionsAnalyze and optimize: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixesWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startupStrong SQL fluency - comfortable querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive insights and automationExcellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutionsProven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environmentsBonus: Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systemsBonus: Experience building or integrating workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools (Zapier, Retool, custom scripts, etc.)Bonus: Built with LLMs, SQL apps or experience with data pipelinesWho You AreA builder: You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, experimenting with tools, and creating structure where there is noneAn operator: You know how to turn ambiguity into process and measure progress with dataA problem solver: You thrive on figuring out why things break and how to make them work betterA collaborator: You bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams and keep everyone aligned on outcomesEntrepreneurial: You don't wait for direction - you seek it, shape it, and deliver resultsPlease be aware that all official communication from us will come exclusively from email addresses ending in @commure.com.
